Key cut attempt 3 times. Each time there was an issue. Returned for attempt four. I arrived at 0830. The published opening time. No one in. Shop closed. Torrential rain so not best pleased. Absolutely soaked waiting. The kind man in Greggs let me gain shelter from the rain. At time of writing it’s 0858 and just opened. Rubbish service Timpson. Won’t be using the service again. And at £19 for two keys it’s hardly cheap! Kudos to Greggs though !

Handed in a pair of boots to be reheeled and generally given a bit of rejuvenation. A truly excellent job was done and they were returned reheeled, polished and looking good as new. I thoroughly recommend.

If you want your watch to be in tact don’t bother. Made an absolute hash of taking a link out. Scratched my brand new watch, and bust both pins holding the links in. 1 is bent and won’t locate properly. Very disappointed to spend £10 for someone to ruin my new piece.

Jay was recommended to me by staff at a different Timpsons branch. He was able to hand engrave my watch which not many places can do. He did a fantastic job for a great price. Would highly recommend.
